We ship by Registered Post via Standard Air Mail worldwide except Israel and African Countries for Customers of these Countries please confirm your order through email before the payment.

Tracking Number
Standard Registered Air Mail does not come with any tracking information.

do offer other shipping methods for a little extra cost (EMS, DHL,

Delivery Time
Package
is usually shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is
received in full. The arrival date will vary depending on destination
and the choice of delivery type. Please note the Instruments are well
in our STOCK.
Please note that there may be a delay in receiving the item due to the custom clearance which is different in all the countries according to their rules and regulations.
Standard
Registered Mail service takes about 2 to 3 weeks. It may take less
delivery time for UK, Italy, France and some other European Countries.
Return Policy
If for any reason our customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we do accept the returns under the following conditions:
Buyer must file the claim within the 30 days of the invoice date.
Buyer must ship the product at our mailing address.
Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
There will be a 25% restocking fee applies.
Damage and broken products will not be accepted and will not consider for refund.
After we receive the product we will issue refund which will not include the shipping charges.
