subject to acceptance by MydentalOnline.
We have a no
restriction for minimum order of unless Instruments in stock excluding VAT
for this website. Carriage will be charge as per your selected
Shipping Method. We offer free Registered Standard Mail service in our Prices.
All orders are
usually dispatched on the next day as receipt of order to ensure
where possible next working day delivery.
General
Terms & Conditions
DEFINITIONS
In these conditions of sale all references to "the Seller" are to
“MydentalOnline” and all reference to "the Buyer" are to the
person, firm, company or by whom the order is given. All references
to "the Goods" are to any item(s) supplied by the Seller to the
Buyer.
QUOTATIONS.
Any quotations for Online Instruments shall comprise an
invitation to treat and will remain open for a period of Sixty days
provided that the company has not previously withdrawn it. Every
effort is made to ensure that the Instruments descriptions and
illustrations are clear and accurate. All sizes are approximate. The
reproduction of items is as accurate as photographic and printing
processes will allow. Due to our policy of continual improvement
some products may vary from those described. The company reserves
the right to amend the specification, construction and/or design
without prior notice.
PRICES.
All prices are C&F Registered Regular Air Mail, and subject to
change without notice.
CUSTOM CLEARENCE, VAT, TAXES AND DUTIES.
Its is the customer responsibility to clear the goods in their
country at the time of delivery if shipping agent will provide these
services in your destinations you can pay the charges and custom
clearance vat, taxes and duties according to your country law.
BEFORE ORDERING
TO US YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT YOUR COUNTRY CUSTOMS REGULATIONS,
CLEARANCE, VAT, TAXES AND IMPORT DUTIES.
For your
protection, MyDentalOnline will send all order with out min
value restriction via couriers or normal mail
service.
The shipping
and handling charge is calculated in the PRICES. Prices do not include customs fees,
taxes and tariffs. Your order may be subject to customs fees
and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible
for any additional customs clearance fees.
Undeliverable
or Refused packages: If your order is returned to us because of an
address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or
the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, you will
be responsible for the shipping cost billed to MyDentalOnline for the
return of the package. If the cost to return the goods to us is greater
than the cost of the goods ordered, we will instruct the carrier to
abandon the order and there will be no credit to the customer for the
order. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are
not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be
no credit to the customer for the order.
It
is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies
for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations
vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the
customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result
in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being
delayed, or returned to us. It is your responsibility to check
with your Customs office to see if your country permits the
shipment of the products you order from us.
You are
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods. Any fees charged to MyDentalOnline due to non-compliance
with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you,
the customer. If an item or items are returned to us due to
non-compliance issues with your country's laws and regulations, a
refund will be issued for the merchandise only min 15 percent of
the value of your order as the re-stocking fee, and any other
charges incurred such as quarantine fees, shipping fees or
warehousing fees assessed by the customs in your country.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
All cancellation of orders must be in writing with our prior
agreement. We are unable to accept cancellation of specially ordered
or non-stock items.
RETURN OF GOODS.
All return for credit must be previously agreed in writing. Please
contact our customer service department which will advise you in the
correct procedures for all return items. A restocking charge of 25%
of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be customers
responsibility to return the goods at their own shipping charges
within 30 days from the invoice date. All returned goods
must be in the original packaging, clean and unused.
In order for you
to receive credit to your account for returned merchandise a "Return
Goods Number (RGN) must be obtained from Customer Service prior to
returning merchandise to MyDentalOnline. The following information
is required for an RGN. (Please have this information ready when you

are made of stainless steel unless otherwise stated.
LOSS OR DAMAGE.
Any loss, damage or shortage must be notified within 3 working days
or confirmed in writing within 7 days. Claims outside these times
will not be accepted.
